Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for collaborating with hiring managers in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions, while overseeing the complete recruitment process. This role also includes facilitating onboarding and offboarding activities and ensuring the maintenance of precise employee data.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and role specifications.
- Source potential candidates through various channels.
- Screen and evaluate applicants to find suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Oversee onboarding procedures for new hires and offboarding for departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting or human resources is essential.
- Proficient in screening candidates and managing interview processes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational capabilities combined with effective communication skills.
- A degree in HR or a relevant professional certification is advantageous.
