Job Summary
Global is in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Abilene, Texas. This role is crucial as it focuses on the recruitment of various professionals, including engineers, project managers, and non-exempt craft trades, for field positions. Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Utilize various platforms and techniques to attract qualified talent.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience.
- At least five years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
