Job Summary
The Tasting Room Server plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience to guests. This position is primarily aimed at promoting sales of wine, memberships, and various merchandise while ensuring a safe and inviting atmosphere in the tasting room.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent hospitality experience for guests.
- Facilitate the sales of wine, memberships, and merchandise.
- Ensure the safety of guests throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room environment.
- Conduct operational tasks including stocking supplies and cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 1-3 years of sales experience is required.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
- Possession of or ability to obtain necessary food handler and alcohol server certifications.
