Job description
The Team Captain is responsible for guiding the footwear department by mentoring team members, boosting sales, and providing outstanding experiences for athletes through comprehensive product expertise. This role includes overseeing operations such as merchandising, managing inventory, staffing, and upholding safety protocols within the store. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service roles. Prior experience in leading teams is desirable, along with strong abilities to coach and inspire team members.
