**Team Captain of Off Field Operations**
The Team Captain of Off Field Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, and stockroom processes to achieve outstanding operational performance. This position entails guiding team development through hiring, training, and managing team performance, all while upholding store standards and ensuring a readiness for athletes. Ideal candidates are required to possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service. Prior experience in leadership roles is advantageous for successfully overseeing store operations and enhancing teammate performance.
