Job description
**Position: Director of People Partners**
The Director of People Partners will act as a strategic consultant to the CTO and Chief Design Officer, guiding a team of People Partners to facilitate organizational development and transformation. This role will be responsible for key people initiatives, such as performance management, talent assessments, and organizational structure optimization, while promoting a culture of high performance. Ideal candidates will possess substantial experience as a People Partner leader in dynamic, high-growth settings, demonstrating a successful history of supporting Product, Design, or Engineering teams. Required skills include strong business and technical knowledge, the ability to influence senior leadership effectively, and the capability to manage complex organizational changes.
