Job description
The Accounting Team Lead is responsible for managing financial reporting, processing journal entries, and executing account reconciliations while promoting a culture of accountability and ongoing enhancement. This role includes assisting with internal and external audits, handling regulatory reporting, and providing support for accounts payable functions as needed. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the accounting field. Expertise in GAAP, general ledger systems, and Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience within the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
