Job description
The Team Lead plays a key role in fostering the social, physical, and cognitive development of children by overseeing classroom activities and ensuring effective curriculum delivery. This position also involves mentoring team members and taking on leadership responsibilities when the center director is unavailable. Applicants should have a background in a licensed childcare environment, with experience in classroom leadership and lesson plan execution. Preference will be awarded to those possessing college coursework in Early Childhood Education or holding a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
