Job description
**Team Lead**
The Team Lead is responsible for guiding team members on daily operations related to merchandise display, inventory management, and pricing strategies to achieve operational objectives. In addition, they assist the management team with staffing, training initiatives, and fostering an exceptional level of customer service. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales. Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous, and familiarity with computer software and inventory management systems is essential.
