Job description
Oversee the utilization of shop resources, equipment, and materials while managing the operational workflow and providing technical training to operators. Execute intricate machining tasks, set up machines, and handle programming, all while adhering to quality and safety protocols. A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing is required, alongside a technical degree, although equivalent on-the-job experience may be accepted. Applicants should demonstrate robust problem-solving abilities, competency in blueprint interpretation, and proficiency in the use of measuring tools.
