**Job Title: Team Leader**
The Team Leader is responsible for organizing, overseeing, and guiding everyday store activities, while also coaching team members to achieve sales and enhance customer service performance. This position includes responsibilities such as recruitment, staffing, managing departmental profit and loss, and maintaining adherence to company standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience in retail and a minimum of one year in a management role. Essential skills include effective communication, financial analysis, and conflict resolution.
