Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for operators to improve their skills and efficiency.
- Optimize production processes to enhance overall line performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with converting machinery.
- Ensure that all production activities adhere to established safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Provide continuous support and coaching to teams across different shifts.
Qualifications
- More than 10 years of experience in the converting industry.
- Strong proficiency in manufacturing equipment and associated processes.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a capacity to thrive in a dynamic, 24/7 production environment.
