Job Summary
The Technical Business Analyst serves as a crucial link between the Product Owner and the IT department, tasked with the documentation of both functional and technical requirements. This role is essential for translating business needs into tangible deliverables, ensuring that all user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined and documented.
Responsibilities
- Establish clear communication between the Product Owner and IT teams.
- Document functional and technical requirements effectively.
- Write comprehensive user stories that accurately capture business objectives.
- Define acceptance criteria for project deliverables.
- Promote best practices in documentation across multiple Scrum teams.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical business analyst specifically in the healthcare IT sector, or an equivalent 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.
