Job Summary
The Technical Product Owner is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of field and financial transaction platforms. This includes managing configurations, coordinating release processes, and ensuring vendor deliverables meet requirements. The role focuses on maintaining system integrity through environment management, approval of production changes, and strict adherence to testing and documentation protocols.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority for field and financial transaction platforms.
- Oversee configuration and release processes while ensuring vendor deliverables are met.
- Manage system environments and approve changes made in production.
- Enforce stringent testing and documentation standards to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience managing Salesforce-based platforms, with a focus on ServiceMax or comparable field service applications.
- Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Extensive background in integration and change management practices.
