Job Summary
The intern will provide assistance to the technical writing team by drafting and refining various content types, including user manuals and blog posts. This role requires collaboration with product owners, developers, and customer success managers to enhance content targeting both technical and non-technical readers.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit user guides and blog articles.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and customer success teams.
- Optimize content for diverse audience needs.
Qualifications
- Must be a UCSB senior enrolled in the Professional Writing Minor.
- Strong writing skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) technology.
- Availability to work 10-15 hours per week in Santa Barbara.
