Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing tools, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help maintain tool uptime and performance. Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and other teams to improve reliability, resolve yield issues, document maintenance activity, and support continuous improvement while following safety and cleanroom procedures. Requires an associate degree in electronics or industrial manufacturing, or equivalent relevant experience, and at least two years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing. Candidates need strong pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical skills; familiarity with semiconductor tools and maintenance documentation; and the ability to troubleshoot effectively, communicate, collaborate, and follow safety and cleanroom procedures.
