Job Summary
This position is integral to the management of IT assets, focusing on the deployment of hardware and software through setup, installation, and removal processes. The specialist is responsible for maintaining precise inventory records, delivering user support, and ensuring adherence to cybersecurity and risk management standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment process for IT assets, including configuration, installation, and decommissioning of hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory.
- Provide technical support to users to resolve issues related to IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with established cybersecurity measures and risk management protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of six years of experience with computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, and SCCM.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license is necessary.
