Job description
The Sales Support Associate plays a key role in delivering individualized customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the cash wrap area. This position involves overseeing product inventory, which includes handling incoming shipments, organizing merchandise, and implementing visual merchandising changes. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in retail, ideally within a luxury setting, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities. The position requires a flexible work schedule and the capability to manage physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
