Job Summary
The Test Automation Engineer is responsible for designing and sustaining hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) test environments, ensuring seamless integration of various hardware and software components. The role involves constructing automated testing frameworks, monitoring defects, and working collaboratively across different teams to initiate corrective measures for robotic and autonomous systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and uphold HIL and SIL testing environments.
- Guarantee successful integration of hardware and software components.
- Create automated test frameworks to streamline testing processes.
- Monitor and document defect tracking procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Robotics.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware and software testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and debugging techniques.
