Job Summary
This position involves delivering in-home and telehealth psychotherapy services targeting individuals aged 55 and above. The role emphasizes the oversight of clinical documentation and quality assurance processes, ensuring high standards of care. Moreover, the professional will provide clinical supervision to service coordinators and will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements in various senior housing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home and telehealth psychotherapy services to clients aged 55 and over.
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure proper clinical documentation.
- Provide clinical supervision for service coordinators.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance in senior housing locations.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling is required.
- Current licensure in Ohio as either LISW, LPCC, LISW-S, or LPCC-S.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Strong organizational skills are essential.
