The Therapy Development Specialist provides clinical and product training to eyecare practices to drive the adoption and utilization of the TearCare System. They also collaborate with sales representatives to optimize practice workflows and ensure regulatory compliance within assigned accounts. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in a clinical optometric or ophthalmic setting. Proficiency in ocular surface disease management, training, and knowledge of reimbursement processes is required.
