**Job Title: Third Key**
The Third Key plays a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day functioning of the store, focusing on customer service, overseeing team activities, and managing inventory. This position entails ensuring the store is kept clean, secure, and in line with company policies and regulations. Ideal candidates will possess experience in retail management and be capable of handling physical duties, including lifting weights of up to 55 lbs. Effective communication, strong organizational abilities, and adept problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
