Job description
The Ticket Sales Associate plays a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of season ticket holders while also driving new revenue through proactive sales initiatives and the promotion of event suite packages. It is essential to accurately record all communications in the CRM system and to assist with operations during game days and other special events. This role requires a bachelor’s degree. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication abilities, a positive growth-oriented mindset, and the capacity to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
