**Job Title: Tire Service Supervisor**
The Tire Service Supervisor oversees the everyday operations of the tire bay, which encompasses areas such as sales, tire installation, and the upkeep of equipment. This role involves directing, mentoring, and scheduling the tire bay personnel to guarantee high-quality service and compliance with safety regulations. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and be capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles. Previous experience in tire installation is preferred, along with demonstrated leadership abilities, organizational skills, and fundamental computer proficiency.
