**Job Title: In-Store Appointment Setter**
As an In-Store Appointment Setter, you will interact with customers in retail settings to create viable leads for HVAC services. Your role involves setting appointments for maintenance, repair, and replacement services, all while autonomously striving to achieve set performance targets. Ideal candidates should possess a friendly demeanor, be personable, and have a comfort level with customer interactions. Availability on weekends is essential, and while a background in sales or customer service is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
