Job Summary
The Total Rewards Specialist plays a crucial role in the meticulous management and delivery of payroll, compensation, and benefits initiatives, while also ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. This position requires the handling of HR documentation, aiding in audit processes, and generating analytical reports for organizational leadership.
Responsibilities
- Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits programs accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all aspects of total rewards.
- Manage and maintain HR records to ensure their integrity and confidentiality.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Produce detailed analytical reports for leadership to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Expertise in HRIS and payroll systems, such as UKG, ADP, or Workday.
