**Job Title: Training & Development Coordinator**
The Training & Development Coordinator is responsible for creating and executing training initiatives that foster a high-performing team within a manufacturing setting. This role entails overseeing the onboarding process for new employees, facilitating leadership training, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience in training or organizational development specifically within the manufacturing sector, particularly in GMP or CPG contexts. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
