Job Summary
The Project Manager is tasked with steering the strategy for transportation projects, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring effective project delivery. Additionally, this role involves guiding junior engineers and playing an active part in the development and strategic planning of the regional team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy for transportation-related projects.
- Manage and enhance client relationships to ensure project success.
- Oversee the delivery of projects to meet established goals.
- Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional growth.
- Contribute to the business planning and expansion of the regional team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in transportation design and project management.
