Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team in Springfield, Oregon. This position offers competitive compensation at $2,360 weekly, with a work schedule comprising four 10-hour days each week. The contract is set for a duration of 13 weeks, beginning on November 30, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by ensuring equipment and instruments are sterile and ready for use.
- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in the surgical area.
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and maintain a sterile field throughout the procedure.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a surgical environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends if necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively within a team.
