Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and medical staff during orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field and ensure the proper functioning of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Manage surgical supplies and facilitate a smooth workflow in the operating room.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care before, during, and after surgery.
Qualifications
- Must possess Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
- Relevant experience in the surgical field, particularly in orthopedic procedures.
- Ability to adapt to various clinical settings and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork aptitude.
