Job description
The Travel Consultant is tasked with designing personalized travel itineraries for individuals, families, and groups, overseeing all logistical elements from inception to completion. This role involves fostering strong relationships with travel partners and delivering outstanding customer service during the entire booking and travel experience. Ideal candidates will possess a background in travel consulting, hospitality, or customer service, along with a solid understanding of international destinations and luxury travel. Familiarity with GDS systems, booking platforms, and CRM tools will be viewed favorably in this position.
