Job Summary
Sweetwater Care is in search of a motivated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to become part of our operating room teams in Miles City, Montana. This role requires maintaining a sterile environment and supporting various surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage surgical instruments and supplies.
- Maintain a sterile field during surgical operations across different procedures.
- Assist in the positioning of patients and operate relevant medical equipment.
- Handle and ensure proper management of surgical specimens.
- Provide support to the surgical team and ensure patient safety throughout the procedures.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a surgical environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in maintaining sterility and familiarity with surgical instruments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
