Job Summary
The Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) position is available in Medford, Oregon, offering a competitive weekly compensation of $1,837. This role requires the technician to be onsite and involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment. The contract is for a total duration of 13 weeks, with the expectation to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of test results.
- Work rotating shifts, specifically 4 days a week for 10 hours each shift.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely medical information.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean working environment.
Qualifications
- Certification or licensure as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
- Proficient in laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and capability to cooperate with a healthcare team.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
