Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Travel Neurosurgery Surgical Technologist to join our team in Portland, Maine. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $1,929 per week and requires an onsite presence to support our surgical teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the operating room is prepared and sterile before surgeries.
- Assist surgeons during neurosurgical procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
- Maintain an organized and efficient surgical environment to optimize patient care.
- Practice adherence to all safety and health regulations within the operating room.
- Be responsible for the management of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless surgical process.
Qualifications
- Certification or credentials as a Surgical Technologist.
- Previous experience in a surgical setting, particularly in neurosurgery is preferred.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Willingness to travel and work in various healthcare facilities as required.
