Job description
**Job Title: RN First Assistant**
As an RN First Assistant, you will deliver support during surgical operations, which encompasses tasks such as handling tissues, suturing, and ensuring adherence to sterile protocols. You will work in partnership with surgeons and the perioperative team to prioritize patient safety and achieve the best surgical results. Candidates must possess an active RN license from Massachusetts and have at least three years of experience as an RNFA. Additionally, you are required to maintain current certifications in CNOR, ACLS, and BLS, as well as be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
