Job description
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for acting as a key consultant to regional executives and clinic teams, ensuring that personnel strategies are in sync with business objectives. This position will oversee employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and enhance organizational efficiency within the Queens and Long Island areas. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of advancing experience in Human Resources along with a solid understanding of employment laws and HR methodologies. Frequent travel within the designated region is needed, along with strong coaching and analytical abilities.
