The Aesthetic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the studio, ensuring smooth operations that contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of procedure trays and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate provider scheduling to optimize workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas.
- Assist with front-desk operations to support patient interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational abilities with a proactive approach to anticipating operational requirements.
- Strong teamwork skills and a dependable attitude.
- Availability to work on Fridays and Saturdays is essential.
- Prior experience in medical or aesthetic environments is advantageous.
