Job Summary
The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance of commercial Treasury Management and Business Online Banking services. This role requires ensuring the accurate setup of systems, delivering exceptional client support, and adhering to compliance with internal protocols and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and servicing of Treasury Management products and Business Online Banking services.
- Ensure accurate system configurations for operational efficiency.
- Provide support to clients to facilitate their banking needs.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and operational policies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of direct experience with the Jack Henry banking system.
- At least five years of experience in treasury or banking operations.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in commercial banking services.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a commitment to values aligned with the mission of the organization.
