Job Summary
The Treatment Nurse is responsible for conducting evaluations of wounds, executing dressing changes, and administering specialized skin care treatments, all while keeping track of the healing process. This role involves working closely with various healthcare teams and relaying care plans effectively to both doctors and family members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of wounds.
- Perform dressing changes and provide specialized skin treatments.
- Monitor the healing progress of wounds.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Communicate care plans clearly to physicians and family members.
Qualifications
- Active LVN or RN license in good standing.
- Preferred experience in wound care and treatment procedures.
- Strong skills in assessment and documentation.
