Job description
**Job Title:** Special Needs Service Provider
In this role, you will deliver direct support to children with special needs within educational environments and work closely with parents and educators to execute tailored plans for each student. You will observe and report on behavioral patterns to the treatment team, while also guiding youth in cultivating key life and social skills. A high school diploma or HSE is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in a relevant human services discipline. Basic computer skills are necessary, and candidates must be prepared to secure a valid Montana driver’s license.
