Job Summary
The Trial Representative is tasked with overseeing Workers’ Compensation cases, specifically by preparing thoroughly for trials and advocating for clients during hearings in the Los Angeles region. This role plays a key part in ensuring the best outcomes for clients through effective representation and strategic case management.
Responsibilities
- Manage Workers’ Compensation files and prepare for trial proceedings.
- Represent clients at hearings in the Los Angeles area.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Evaluate medical reports to support case strategies.
- Collaborate with the legal team to enhance case advocacy efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation law.
- Demonstrated experience with trials.
- Strong knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation regulations.
- Adept at interpreting QME/AME reports.
