Job Summary
The Underwriter will focus on evaluating and assessing data to ensure a profitable portfolio of primary liability offerings within the Small Business Construction division. This role entails fostering agency relationships through various marketing initiatives and working alongside team members to meet departmental objectives.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze data to manage a profitable book of primary liability business.
- Engage in marketing activities to cultivate and sustain agency relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish the goals set for the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in underwriting.
- Preferred professional insurance designations such as AINS, CPCU, or CRIS.
