**Unit Manager**
The Unit Manager is responsible for the continuous clinical and operational management of a nursing unit, which entails supervising personnel and maintaining exceptional standards of care for residents. This role includes overseeing daily staffing needs, enhancing communication with family members and medical providers, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Applicants must possess a valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment. Previous leadership experience is essential, along with robust abilities in staff mentoring and clinical management.
