**Unit Manager**
The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the nursing operations and patient care for a designated unit, aiming to achieve excellent clinical results. This position also involves managing the unit’s human resources, which includes recruiting staff, evaluating performance, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate care. Applicants must be graduates from a recognized nursing program and possess a valid Registered Nurse license issued by the State Board of Nursing. Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to adhering to state and federal regulations are essential for this role.
