Job Summary
The Unit Support Associate at LGH Surgicare plays a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of the surgical unit. This full-time position involves a schedule from 5 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, providing essential support to medical staff and ensuring a seamless patient care experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations of the surgical unit, contributing to effective patient flow and satisfaction.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support healthcare personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient care areas.
- Facilitate patient communication and provide general information as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
