Job Summary
The Universal Banker plays a pivotal role in cultivating and upholding client relationships by delivering superior service across the bank’s diverse offerings. This position entails executing routine transactions, facilitating account openings, and contributing towards the objectives of the banking center, with travel between locations as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Deliver exceptional service across all banking products.
- Execute routine banking transactions and open new accounts.
- Support the goals and objectives of the banking center.
- Travel to various locations as required to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
- Preferred candidates will have prior experience in banking.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable.
