Store Manager
The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding the sales team to achieve production goals while providing coaching to uphold exceptional customer service standards. This position involves managing day-to-day store operations and addressing complex customer service inquiries. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, with a preference for those who have a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license. A college degree (either 2 or 4 years) or relevant experience is necessary, and proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
