**Store Manager**
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the sales team to achieve production goals while providing coaching to ensure exceptional customer service standards. This position involves supervising daily operations of the store and addressing any escalated customer service matters. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, with a strong preference for individuals holding a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license. A 2 or 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience, is essential, and bilingual skills in both English and Spanish are highly valued.
