**Job Title: Manager II, Quality Engineer**
The Manager II, Quality Engineer is tasked with spearheading process enhancement projects and eliminating quality issues within a distribution center by employing Walmart Performance System techniques. This role involves supervising team members, overseeing project implementations, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and quality benchmarks. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering along with 3 years of experience in Quality or Process Improvement, or alternatively, 5 years of experience in Engineering or Process Improvement with a Lean Six Sigma certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid analytical capabilities are essential for success in this position.
