Job description
**Vision Center Manager**
The Vision Center Manager is responsible for driving sales and ensuring that products are displayed effectively. This role includes managing inventory and budgeting to optimize performance. Additionally, the manager leads and nurtures team members while ensuring adherence to company policies and delivering top-notch eyewear services to customers. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with either 2 years of college, 1 year of retail and supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience that includes at least 1 year in the optical field. Furthermore, candidates must be eligible to work as an optician or apprentice optician in accordance with state regulations.
